Pomeline the Advanced Woodland Sprite Amigurumi Pattern

We are about to embark on a beautiful process of creation. Precision is our greatest tool. The tension of your yarn and the exactness of your stitch counts will breathe life into Pomeline.

I have meticulously calculated every increase and decrease to ensure her cheeks are perfectly plump and her silhouette holds exactly the right weight. Trust the math. Take your time with the textured stitches on her garments.

Let us begin.

About This Creation

Pomeline is a masterpiece of structural crochet. She is designed with an exacting 60/40 head-to-body ratio, anchoring her firmly in the classic aesthetic of youth.

Her charm relies entirely on the geometry of her face. We are utilizing asymmetrical, stacked increases to build distinct, rounded cheeks, moving far beyond the standard spherical head.

Her wardrobe is equally considered. We abandon stiff fabrics for a flared, A-line coat that drapes correctly over her chubby form, and we crown her with a heavily textured, two-part mushroom dome.

Assembly

➡️ Using the long tail from the body, sew the body to the head seamlessly at round 26.

➡️ Sew the flattened tops of the arms securely to the sides of the body at round 24.

➡️ Align the cream gills to the inside of the dark cocoa dome. Sew the edges together, adding a light layer of fiberfill between them before closing completely.

➡️ Position the assembled mushroom cap on top of the head, angled slightly backward to let the face shine. Sew firmly into place.

➡️ Dress Pomeline. Slip the sturdy boots onto her feet, wrap the coat around her body (seaming the back up with a matching piece of yarn), and tie the sage green scarf gently around her neck.
