A joyous moment to you. It is Patricia. Your confirmation fills my heart with anticipation. We have our structural blueprint, prioritizing exactly the proportions and techniques required to bring Marina to life. Observe how the asymmetrical increases below will gently push out her cheeks, while the mathematics of the tiny, robust body naturally support her magnificent head of crimson yarn.
About This Creation
Marina is a masterclass in the 60/40 proportion. By intentionally keeping the torso and legs stout, we emphasize the youthful innocence of the oversized head. Furthermore, to give her face a distinct, pinchable geometry, I have engineered clustered increases on the lower front of the head rather than standard, even spacing. Her accessories—from the nautical striped hat to the meticulously crocheted shoes—add layers of character and technical value to the finished piece.

Assembly Instructions
➡️ 1. Position the ears on the head exactly horizontally aligned with the eyes, 4 stitches away from the outer edge of each eye. Sew firmly.
➡️ 2. Place the hair cap slightly off-center on the top of the head so the strands fall naturally over the shoulders. Tack down the first row of strands around the face to frame her cheeks.
➡️ 3. Mount the completed head onto the torso, carefully aligning Round 24 of the head with Round 23 of the neck. Add a final pinch of stuffing before pulling the stitches tight to ensure the neck does not wobble.
➡️ 4. Wrap the sailor collar around the shoulders and secure it with two small stitches at the front of the chest.
➡️ 5. Sew the flattened tops of the arms to either side of the torso, right beneath the edge of the collar.
➡️ 6. Slip the crocheted shoes onto the feet; they are designed to fit snugly over Rounds 1-6 of the white legs.
➡️ 7. Drape the crab pouch over one shoulder, letting it rest near her waist.
➡️ 8. For the hat, sew the eye stalks to Round 10 of the front, and attach the flattened blue tail fins to the absolute top point (Round 1).
